For you to be our ideal candidate, you would be someone who cares about getting the job done right, the first time.  You would be easy to work with and possess a strong work ethic and dedication to your craft.  You would have a valid driver's licence with a clean driver's abstract and be comfortable driving a wide range of vehicles.  You would be open to learning new technology and you would be open to being part of a family-like team as well as new training, technology and innovation.


 

What would take your candidacy to the next level?

 

  • Experience in the automotive industry

  • Tire experience

  • Experience as a service manager, shop manager or mobile mechanic

  • 310S or 310T certification

  • Additional certifications or skills

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

  • Flexible

  • Greater Toronto Area, Hamilton, St Catharines/Niagara Region, KW/Guelph, London, Ottawa and more.

 

Responsibilities and Duties

 

Depending on your position you would do the following:

 

Tire and Lube Technicians

 

  • Lubrication, fluids, oil and filter services

  • Maintenance Services

  • Tire Swaps

  • Tire Repairs

  • Tire Service

  • Communicating with service managers & advisors

  • Completing work orders


 

Certified Mechanics

 

  • Diagnostics

  • Automotive repairs 

  • Some maintenance & tire services (mostly tire & lube techs or apprentices complete tire and maintenance services)

  • Communicating with service managers & advisors

  • Completing work orders


 

Other Duties

 

  • Using company-provided apps and software

  • Basic use of a smartphone

  • Handling Work Orders


 

Qualifications and Skills

 

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment


 

Our Business Hours

 

Customer Service Hours

Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 6 pm

Saturday 10 am - 5 pm 

Sunday 10 am - 3 pm

 

Operations Hours

7 days a week 9 am - 9 pm


 

Requirements 

 

  • Valid driver's license & clean abstract

  • Able to pass a police background check

  • 3+ years experience (preferred but not required)

  • Must have a good smartphone

  • Basic hand tools



 

Compensation

 

  • Base Pay or Performance Pay whichever is higher.

 

Averages out to $50,000 - $105,000 depending on the position and your performance.
